If your documents have been checked successfully and we can offer you an apartment, we will send you the rental agreement by e-mail. This must be signed by you within 3 working days and sent back to us.

If we do not receive any feedback from you, the contract offer will expire and we reserve the right to allocate the apartment to another tenant.

Once we have also signed the tenancy agreement, a move-in date can be agreed.

The deposit, the first rent and the processing fee must be transferred to us before the move-in date and must be received in full by the day of handover.

About the Jugendwerk Aalen ...
Jugendwerk Aalen is a non-profit foundation of the city of Aalen and Wohnungsbau Aalen GmbH, which was founded in 1968. Our main task is to rent apartments to students and trainees in order to provide them with secure and affordable accommodation during their training period.

The Jugendwerk’s portfolio comprises seven dormitories with a total of 531 apartments. These offer young people the opportunity to live in an affordable and supportive environment during their studies or training.

Our dormitories are comfortably furnished and offer residents numerous benefits, including a prime location close to educational facilities and public transport, as well as communal areas for social activities. Our aim is to create a positive and supportive environment where young people can successfully complete their education while gaining valuable experience in communal living.
